  1. Be respectful and a good teammate. Our team spans all ages. Conduct from coaches, swimmers and parents should be an example to everyone.
  2. Obey the coaches and follow all pool rules.
  3. Be on time and prepared for all practices with everything you need, including suit, goggles, cap, towel, and water bottle.
  4. Attend practice consistently! Success in summer swimming is directly linked to the amount of time spent at practice.
  5. Eat healthy foods for good swims! On meet days, eat a light breakfast and bring some snacks for the meet. Remember, athletes need healthy fuel to swim.
  6. Bring water bottles to all practices and meets. Hydration is a key element in swimming.
  7. Have fun!
