Pre-Season Info
REGISTRATION
Team registration opens in April 2026. We encourage families to register early to help the team prepare for the season. Be sure to log in to Swimtopia first to access your family’s account information
Pool membership registration and payment is made on the pool website, https://waldenglenpool.org/, separate from swim team and swim school.
TEAM FEES
Team fees support the expense of running the team. Fees for the current season are announced with registration information. Team fees can be paid by credit card (additional fees apply) or by personal check (pay to Walden Glen Swim Team). Checks may be given to a Team Rep or the Team Treasurer.
There are no other mandatory fees, but all parents are expected to volunteer and contribute to social activities throughout the season.
All competitive team swimmers, Mini Wahoos and Swim School participants must register on Swimtopia in addition to the pool registration on the waldenglenpool.org site.
TEAM REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
The team staffs the number of coaches based on the size of the roster at the start of the season. For this reason, the team is not able to provide refunds on team fees after the first week of practice. The team also cannot pro-rate fees for the season.
If a request for a refund is made in the first week of practice, families will receive a full refund, excluding any fees that may have been incurred by the team. After the first week of practice, no refunds will be given unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the Team Reps.
BACK TO POOL EVENT
The Team Reps will be at Back to Pool at the pool in late spring. At this event, new and returning team members should come to meet the reps and coaches, hear about the season, order team gear, and ask any questions they may have. Stay tuned for date and time! Team Info Page
PARENT MEETING
Please plan to attend a Parent Meeting where Team Reps and Coaches will introduce the season and explain NVSL rule changes, volunteering over the season, and the team calendar. Parents are encouraged to bring any questions they may have. Stay tuned for date and time! Slides for your Review
